This 1,200-square-meter villa is owned by a local family and features a spacious living area, a large foyer and a large gathering area. All of these are designed for hosting parties and reflecting the family's noble aesthetic. The main challenges we need to address are:

We have designed a tailor-made stretched ceiling lighting system suitable for the conditions of Saudi Arabia, taking advantage of the unique features of our stretched ceiling aluminum profiles and magnetic lamps to meet the diverse needs of villas.
The foyer with an 8-meter-high ceiling and traditional Arab arches is of Paramount importance. We installed light strip stretched ceiling aluminum profiles. The aluminum profiles support the matte white PVC stretched film, concealing all the wires and ceiling defects.The aluminium profiles are pre-reserved with LED slots. We have integrated warm 3000K LED strips into the aluminium profile slots to create a soft, diffused "floating light" that highlights the architectural details of the foyer without causing glare. The superior heat dissipation performance of aluminum alloy ensures that the LED light strips remain cool even in the high summer temperatures of Riyadh, and their lifespan is extended by 30% compared to standard installations.
The living and dining areas are mainly used for daily family life. We have chosen magnetic track ceiling aluminum profiles and 48V smart magnetic lamps.
